This place was so nice and clean!!! My son loved the ponds and walking trails, he caught a few fish! The rooms were very clean and nice. Beds were super comfortable. The atmosphere was perfect and peaceful! The owners were so nice! Definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again!!
We stayed 2 nights here on a striper fishing trip. I would highly recommend staying here. The room was immaculate. Everything looked new and clean and very well taken care of. It was quiet and peaceful, we walked a grounds a bit and enjoyed the swing by the lake. I didn’t see one thing on the entire property in need of repair. For those with electric cars there is a 120 volt plug outside the cabin so we were able to get a little charge over night. It was so quiet we were able to take a nice nap after early morning fishing and our last night there I slept 10 hours!!!! The beds are very comfy and the AC was nice and cold. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
I Love the place! Clean rooms and nice beds! Parking for boats and plugs to charge batteries. You can unhook your boat and run to town and not worry about anything happening to your stuff!
James & Brenda were awesome to work with. They allowed me to park my Ford F550 and large trailer on their property. They are very kind, courteous, professional, and flexible if you have special needs. Very updated, clean, and tidy rooms. James helped me the next day as my truck became stuck in snow on the property. Great place and will be staying here in the future. Thank you!
Stayed at the Woods Motel on 03-01-25 and our experience there was AWESOME! No contact check-in and everything was as promised and room looked just like the photos on the website. There was parking beside our room for our boat and an outlet to charge it. We would not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend to anyone checking them out!
Great place. With the property they have i wish it was further off the beaten path but that not important. The place is great. It's clean. The owner is so kind and sweet. Absolutely call to book save your money and don't use the regular booking sites. I really enjoyed walking around the area while it was early morning. A full size coffee pot old school style left me feeling nostalgic and reminded me of a simpler time in my life. We will Absolutely be back. A great place to sneak off from the world and have date night.
Super cool little motel with great accommodations, clean rooms and quiet settings. Sitting by the pond in the evening was lovely, hiking trails were well maintained. Didn't have an opportunity to sit around the fire or grill, but it looked super nice. 10 minute drive to the lake was much appreciated for an early morning striper fishing trip.
Had another great stay. Rooms are super clean. Comfy beds. Equipped just enough. Our group of 4 people had a 1-day delayed arrival. I called Woods to see if they could modify our dates. They were more than willing to work with our multiple-stay group. I will definitely stay again. You will not be disappointed.
